- When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, any order note you write, and what you ordered.
- When you write to us: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
- When you pay online: payments are handled by our payment partner. We receive a payment reference and confirmation — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- In your browser: your cart is kept in your own browser's storage so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
How we use it
- to prepare, deliver and support your order;
- to contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email;
- to answer your questions and enquiries;
- to keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel.
- Our payment partner processes your payment when you pay online.
- Our website host stores the store's data on our behalf.
- We may also share information where the law requires us to.
Cookies and tracking
The store does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it sets no tracking cookies for visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the online payment window, when used, is provided by our payment partner; both receive standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Write to .
