Where we deliver
We deliver across India to every pincode our courier partners serve. We do not ship outside India at present.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of being confirmed. Sundays and public holidays are not working days. During festivals, dispatch can take a little longer.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, parcels are normally delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pincode. Remote locations can take longer. These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees — couriers are sometimes delayed by weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is ₹59 per order, and free on orders above ₹599. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking your order
When your parcel is handed to the courier, we add the tracking details to your order. You can see them at any time on the Track an order page, using your order number and the email address you gave at checkout.
Your address
- Please check your address, pincode and mobile number carefully — the courier uses them to reach you.
- If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the delivery could not be completed after repeated attempts, we will contact you to send it again. A second shipping charge may apply.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer box and the product. Our returns and refunds policy explains what happens next.
