About these terms

This website is operated by Shree Purveda, . By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our shipping, returns and refunds and privacy policies.

Our products

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration, and because the products are made from natural materials, colour, shape and size can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Our products are intended for worship and fragrance. We make no medical or health claims about them.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping, where charged, is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner. Where online payment is not available, we will contact you to arrange payment before dispatch.
• A promo code can be used only as described for that code, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it.
• Occasionally we may have to cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, there was an obvious pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your pincode. If that happens we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
• Please give an accurate name, address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Using our products safely

Our products are lit and burned. Please follow the directions given with each product, and always:

• burn them on a heat-safe, fireproof surface or holder, in a ventilated room;
• keep them away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable;
• never leave a flame or a glowing ember unattended, and make sure it is fully out before you leave.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a product other than as directed.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Shree Purveda and may not be copied or used without our permission. We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Barnala, Punjab.
